Mayor Linda D. Thompson will announce the start of her Connecting, Inspiring, Teaching, Youth (C.I.T.Y.), C.I.T.Y.-wide Mentorship Initiative for the City of Harrisburg at a press conference at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, in the City Government Atrium.
